Aim to attack bases that best suits your style of attack.

Always lure and destroy clan castle troops before deploying the rest of your army.

Do not attack a base that is assigned to someone else. Always get their permission first to avoid being demoted or kicked.

Always take the maximum amount of spells with you in each attack

Opt out if your Archer Queen is being upgraded

Always plan your attacks in advance

Do not ignore any corner buildings when you attack, they can be the difference between 2 or 3 stars

Ask for Clan Castle troops in "good time" before you attack (the clan is usually good at filling donation requests quickly but there can be times where you have to wait so it's best to be prepared)
