How To Become Elder

Donate atleast half the troops you have received
Good performance in at least 4 wars (See Performance Expectations for more details)
Non-destructive to the flow of the clan
Respectful to the Leader, Co-Leaders and everyone else in the clan
Use both attacks in every war

In order to become Elder you need to demonstrate a willingness to learn and help out other people when needed. You need to be considerate with your troop donations and how often you request in comparison. You need to respect the Leader and Co-Leaders as well as understand and adhere to the clan rules and the clan's recruitment policy. Low donations in comparison to how many troops you have received, rudeness, ignorance, non-attack in war and unwillingness to follow advice and suggestions from the Leader or Co-leaders will result in demotion or removal from the clan. Below is a checklist of things you need to accomplish prior to being considered for promotion to Elder:

Please Note: If an Elder fails to use both attacks in war or has a poor donation ratio by the time a season is about to end they will be demoted or kicked from the clan. If an Elder is demoted they will have to start the promotion process from scratch, however if they fail to redeem their promotion within a season they willl be kicked from the clan
