How To Become Co-Leader

Co-Leaders are the watchmen (*cough watchwomen) of the clan. They are responsible for helping the clan run smoothly together with enforcing the rules. They are an extension of the leaders hand, overseeing the clan from a similar perspective when needed. Co-Leader's typically donate more than they receive so this is expected from those who want to become a Co-Leader. Ultimately a Co-Leader is someone who needs to be trust worthy, loyal, generous, helpful and respectful as well as authoritative when needed. They need to fully understand the clan rules, recruitment policy and war performance expectations. To be considered for Co-Leader you need to of remained in the Clan for several months (several as in 2 or more months not 7!) or taken part in around 30 or more wars. These figures are used as a guideline only and vary based on an individual's all around performance and contribution to the clan i.e. some may get promoted to Co-Leader much sooner, others later.

Please Note: Co-Leaders will get demoted for deliberately or repeatedly breaking the rules or for non-attack in war on numerous occasions.
